Not reliable

In the beginning I was really impressed, but then I started noticing that some of my contacts where not being stored even when the app said they were. Then finally it is like I hit a wall an now none of the cards are going into my contacts even though the app say they were saved.
Not sure what is up but I am scrapping this app in search of a scanner more reliable.
